Institutional Operations Executive.
The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution and settlement of institutional trades. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, custodians, clearing corporations, and clients to ensure timely and accurate trade processing, reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

At Dolat Capital, technology, quantitative research, and efficient operations work together to support trading activities and ensure smooth business operations.
What you will do
- • Daily trade processing & settlement for equity and derivative segments.
- • Generating trade files and sending them to clients.
- • Generating STP and uploading it to NSDL.
- • Coordination with clients, custodians, clearing members.
- • End of the day STP confirmation and OTR process.
What we are looking for
- • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance or related field.
- • 1-3 years of experience in institutional operations within stock broking or financial services.
- • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and back-office systems.
